poor phrasing, i meant to imply that the PNP are always in stock and are tested while you have to wait for a DIY PNP to built and they are not tested before shipping (as far as i know at least)

 

DIY ≠ HSEDIFU . If you HSEDIFU, then it will be tested on a stimulator, at the very least.

DIYPNP. The DIY stands for Do-It-Yourself. If you Do-It-Yourself, you build it yourself and test it yourself.

If you Have-Someone-Else-Do-It-For-You, then you need to inquire to the person who builds it for you, and ask how they test it.
