My Megasquirt Questions

adbrandley can I get that wireing diagram? I am about to actually start the wiring in my car process. I removed my passenger airbag and both the megasquirt and stock ecu fit in that spot nicely.
I can ground to any metal bolts on the body right?
How are you all routing your vacume hose and IAT sensor wire? I cannot seem to get to the gromet at the firewall in the passenger compartment? There are lots of big cylinder thigns in the way.

So I got it wired in to everything but MS is not reading RPM's. I get to figure out why it isnt tommorow. Now for some actual questions.
When I have MS just reading signals from the stock ecu I get a CEL, but when I unplug the MS the CEL goes away. Any idea why that happens or is that normal?
When I do fuel only with MS the car starts but idles very low and is also very rough. What should I mess with to get that to work right?
