I can see some points where overrun fuel cut is being disabled due to the A/C working (the idle valve opens more, so the fuel load increases and above 40% disables the overrun fuel cut). You can safely increase it to 45 and see if that helps.

Yes it was off during the first example and engine braking was normal - the injectors were off and the idle valve was at 25% - nowhere near enough to cause any engine braking issues.

im not trolling, i have my overrun set at something like, well hold on let me look, greater than 1500RPM and less than 28kPa. I idle at 31-32kPa.

You don't have an Enhanced MS2. With a regular MS2 or MS3 you wouldn't even be able to drive the car or have it idle with those values.
