Default openloop not open?

oright quick question im trying to get my wide band working but no luck. im running zeitronix system and it works fine in the the zeitronix interface. when i connect my analog output to the o2 input the pink wire on diy db37, labeled o2 the car runs for a lil and starts dying out like it messing with the fuel map.
now i made sure i turned of everything for o2 correction. went to exuast gas setting set it on wideband 2.5 and all. set it in configuator set my o2 "zeitronix" whent to lamda seting and set everything correct my knowledge.
if anyone can help it would help its killing me running the Z interface doing pulls looking at rpm and afr's close the program and going to Mega tune and correcting it.........

im not sure im kinda lost also but i assume thats the correct one. it was working before. the only thing that change is the firmware and i got a new sensor.. so im not sure where to go from here. but it works fine in zietronics software. its sending some kinda of noise or something that MS does not like and messing up the mixture or timming

I'm using the ZT-2, no problems
Did you # set it in the file(no clue if it's in setting or conf)
Also I'm using the white wire off the ZT2 0-5V

Older ZT-2's, like mine, don't have a linear output option. Mine's non-linear, which is what the zeitronix config was set up for in my older (2.25?) megatune release. I verified it against Zeitronix's published voltage:afr curve, and actually wrote a program to tweak it to adjust for the discrepency between +5v in the MS and +5v in the ZT2.

However, that basically only gets me as far as the gauge in megatune and the log working right. As far as I can tell, the AFR target tables, and thus auto-tune/MLV tuning/EGO are all pooched for me, and the config file doesn't really make sense to me in terms of how to fix it.
