Default Stalling on Decel

Hey everyone,
I recently installed a MSPNP3 into my 99 turbo Miata. It drives well but I have been having issues getting my closed loop idle configured correctly. The car starts fine in neutral and will go to idle when decelerating in neutral but it stalls if try to decel with the clutch depressed or attempt to start the car with the clutch in. I'm sure there is some setting I do not have configured correctly as I am not very familiar with the megasquirt. I would appreciate any help.

This is commonly caused by the clutch pedal arm pinching the vacuum line carrying the MAP signal to the ECU

I'll confirm that. MAP stays at 26.7 on your "clutch in" log, but it moves with RPM in the "no clutch" log.
