Default Testing of DIYPNP with Jimstim possible?

Hi,

I thought I give it a try and test the DIYPNP with the Jimstim.

Power to DIYPNP with power adapter. Power to Stim with power adapter.

As we cannot use the DB37 I wired the CKP and CMP with jumper wires from the "screw-terminals" to the pins at the adaptor board.

I also tried with the CLT.

I couldn't get any reading.

Do I have a mistake in my thinking? Would it be possible to test the DIYPNP with the stim?

Thanks

Sven

You need to power both the diypnp and the stim with the same power source.

Yeah, and as I recall you need to have 5v going from the megasquirt to the stim.

The least confusing way to do it is to only power the stim, and run 12v, 5v, and gnd to the megasquirt from the stim.
