If you go into the folder that you extracted everything to which should be called "TunerStudioMS" and you run the command "$java -jar TunerStudioMS.jar" it should run Tuner Studio. The TunerStudio.sh script just sets up some specific directories and paths.

Gotcha. I thought I messed up TS the 1st time I unpacked it, tuns out since I didn't have Java it was probably fine.
