it's not that the coils are firing, its the the MS still isn't getting the RPM signal inputted correctly yet.
go to the diagnosis tab, and capture the composite log. Crank for about 10-15 so you get something to show up. Screenshot the results.

doens't look like it's getting your Crank signal.
this is the green and purple wires on that document of mine. your black/white wire to XG1, in your picture it doesn't look installed, is that going to the correct place?
The resistor on r12 you replaced is 470ohms?

no. its just a pullup, that's fine.
since you have the Green inpu ton your composite log, it appears the JS10 input is good.
It's the blue signal youre missing, which is the crank, and that comes in the tachselect to XG1 circuit.
