Default wiring VVT on 99 and ms3

I bought a Reverant built MS3 for a 99 car. I was told when I bought it that I could modify it to run the VVT but haven't found any definitive answers on what's needed. I have googled and searched through here but had no luck, maybe just used the incorrect terminology.

I believe I should be able to use the VICS wiring and wire in a resistor, the question is what resistor and were.
Here's the computer in question

any help or even a pointer in the right direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I threw a message his way just as you posted. I was just hoping to get an answer here in the open. Makes it easier if someone has the same problem later and Reverant won't have to answer endless messages with the same questions.
