Default '03 longblock w/ VVT head - Pick up in MD only

I'm selling my old '03 longblock. Stock everything except for the oil pan which is tapped. Pulled it out of my car at 88K miles. 30K or so of those miles were wussily boosted at 8psi and 190hp on 93 octane. Block is fully assembled. Includes valve cover, VVT solenoid, cam gears etc.

Comes with no accessories, no UIM or LIM.

Local pickup in MD or if you want we can meet within 100 miles distance. WILL NOT SHIP.

$600

If it is still around in the spring I might be interested. Would make a good motor to swap into my 92 body.

Your daily?

Yah this motor year is probably the best for a daily Miata. 10:1 compression + VVT = yay

Yah it would be for the daily. I have always wanted to do a mild 1.8 build to swap in. If it does not sell I will talk to you in the spring. Maybe pick it up at the spring dyno day and we can actually see what our cars dyno at.

How bad is the bottom end? Roommate is possibly interested in one and I'm not quite ready to give mine up.
