What engine management would I need to buy to make this work on a 96 1.8. Will I need bigger injectors?

Powercards, Megasquirt(which I have a ms3 for a 96-97) or AEM. If you keep stock crank and sc pulley than stock injectors will suffice if I'm not mistaken but anything beyond 7psi will need bigger injectors, from my limited understanding.

What size is that intercooler? Is it for sale?

Sorry for the late response. It is a small intercooler, it measures at 11x6x2.5(core). The inlets and outlets are at a 45° angle so with the current parts, you would probably need a piping kit and it would easily convert to a front mount but no not willing to seperate at this time. Thanks for your interest!

Thanks for the response, I more than understand. I wouldn't mind putting the same intercooler on my setup. Where did you get that one if you don't mind me asking

Got from original owner, from here actually, his screen name is in the original post, maybe he can point you in the right direction. If you find anything out please report back because I have had others inquire about and would relay the information.
