Please whatever problem you meet with your purchase I will try my best to come with a fair solution. I understand that this is a delicate product and sometimes the post guys are playing soccer with the boxes but I will try my best to make the boxing as bulletproof as possible and maintaining the weight low so I can offer reasonable prices.

 

Watch how I packed the pinion on it's way back to you. 1. Keep the individual items from contacting each other (bubble wrap doesn't do it), use foam board & 2. Fill in the excess box volume without excess weight (again, foam) so the parts don't clang around in the soccer match.

When I ship bigger fragile stuff I wrap the parts in plastic and use expanding foam to fill voids. The foam breaks apart and the plastic keeps it from sticking to the part.

FWIW...

 

And it should only add a few bucks in supplies for every shipment if you buy it in bulk. I'm sure you'll get good use out of it and it'll be way cheaper than dealing with any broken items.

Mine didn't even show up complete. The package showed up in bad condition with a big tear on the side and of course the pinion is missing. Kinda bummed out. Oh well...
