Default Complete Turbo Setup for 1.8L. All custom fabricated. 300+ WHP

[SOLD]I've decided to go for a V8, so I'll no longer need the turbo bits off my Miata. With the kit on my Mazdaspeed Miata it made 280 whp at 16 psi with a stock engine, a Megasquirt and 640cc injectors to fuel it. I had to keep timing conservative since any knock at that horsepower is basically game over on stock rods and pistons.

This kit includes a custom low mount turbo manifold, a Chinese 3071 Turbo, a full stainless exhaust with a 3" downpipe mated to a 2.5" midpipe with a Vibrant resonator then on to a Borla Pro XS muffler. Also included is all the intercooler piping and intercooler itself. For boost control, I have a Tial 38mm external wastegate with an external dump pipe. All the springs are included with the tial, however, I just kept the springs at 10 PSI and used a manual boost controller to turn it up as needed.

This was all made for my Mazdaspeed Miata with no power steering but with fully functional AC, so if you want to install this on an earlier 1.8 with PS, you'll need to remove your PS pump and lines, install a shorter belt on the AC compressor and use washers under the pump to tension the belt. I also made a custom water pump inlet to make running everything easier.

Also, the Mazdaspeed has provisions for an oil feed and drain, so if you have a MSM, it's as simple as bolting my feed and drain on, if not, you'll just have to get an oil filter sandwich plate and tap a hole in the oil pan for a -10an drain line. Turbo has a -4AN oil feed (pre restricted) and a -10AN drain on the bottom.

The kit has about 3,000 miles on it, and has given me no issues. If the 3071 is too big for your tastes, I made this kit with a standard T3 inlet with a 3" outlet Vband, so any turbo with that turbo housing would fit.

I'm in Gainesville, FL, so anyone local is welcome to pickup.I can ship in the US, but this stuff is pretty bulky, so shipping will likely be in the ~$250 range with the over-size fees and stuff.

Price for everything minus shipping: $SOLD
