Seriously I can not believe you are recommending that a 17 year old gets a STI. The insurance costs are also going to kill him.

 

Usually cheaper than a standard WRX, or was for a LONG time because less people totaled them out. The WRX is slower...but basic TBE, tune, injectors, etc....it becomes faster than most teens can handle without half of the neat **** that the STi offers in terms of safety and control aids.
