Default FM AFCO coilovers

Standard spring rates of 450/300
These have been on my car for less than 500 miles.
I am thinking $1500

or maybe XIDAs are the only game in town here

Im curious to your thoughts on these coilovers. Im trying to decide between a set of these and the ohlins DFVs. You dont see a lot of reviews on them. Xidas not on my list because of the optimum ride heights..too low for my daily driver non race car. can PM if you like

holy crap, do those really go that low?
(I'm not a hellaflush rtard, but that's just surprising to see them threaded all the way down like that)

Very nice suspension indeed, way over budget for me though.

Wow, these about never come up for resale, except when guys are going way serious with the aforementioned XIDAs. I'd be all over these, except I got a set of OHLINS last year. Damn these are some nice coil overs.

Tried to send a PM expressing interest in buying these, wonderful site doesn't allow PM's unless I post more...

Will you ship for 1500? I might take these off your hands Tuesday after a paycheck.

If other interested party backs out I can go ahead and give a 1k$ deposit for the suspension. Committed to buying if possible.

Also, since even when being directly PMed, I still can reply. You can reach me easier at wonko_the_sane_m24(at)yahoo.com

It comes down to spring length choice. There are guys with Xidas posting on forums that they are both too low and too high, yet the stroke of the Xida's is sufficient to run anywhere from 3.5" to 5.5" front pinch weld heights with proper spring length choice.

Our original default was shorter springs but it turns out most every Xida owner daily drives their set up so most wanted taller ride heights. "Xidas can't get high enough". So we switched to longer springs as standard. Naturally there was one recent owner that posted in 6 threads on 3 different forums that he can't get down to his 3.25" pinch weld target. Folks read those posts and interpret that as "Xidas can't get low enough". I then get a rash of calls and emails concerned about getting their Xida's low enough. .

Xida's will reach any ride height that a user would actually want to use while expecting good bump absorption and handling.

Call or email for more info.
