Default FS: MS3Pro with DIYBOB 90-00 harness.

Just as the title says. MS3Pro with harness using the diybob for a connector.

MAP Sensor is built into the DIYBOB. It's wired for a 90-93 but I could alter it for your install. If it's for a 99-00, I'd have to remove the MAP sensor.

This retails for $1,300. Although the wiring harness has been cut down to about 36".

$900 shipped.

I'd just have to move a few wires in the harness.

I have an 05 connector, but I wouldn't want to really hack up the current diybob to do that.

From what I read, the MS3 pro is basically an MS3 with expansion board in a fancy case with nice connectors, right? Are there any differences other than that between the pro vs normal DIY MS3?

It's an off-the-shelf "Pro" ECU.

it's a stamped MS3 + Expander + Real Time Clock + Knock Module + SD card in a water proof case.

No modding, soldering, or anything DIY.
