It works with racepak IQ3 and other racepak devices. See racepak.com.
It works with V1 AEM stuff. EMS-4 I believe is V2 based. See racepak.com and aemelectronics.com.
I'm hoping there's a AEM user out there that's baller enough to own racepak stuff, but not quite baller enough to be using the latest AEM ECU. Chances are slim. Racepak needs a trade-in program.

Thanks for the info i have a ems4 but i just found out it wont work with my new aem serial gauges! Im trying to find some streaming data gauge that i can use with ems4. Ill do so research when i get home to see if i can use this?

I'm pretty sure the EMS4 is series 2 hardware (v2). The older EMS boxes are series 1 (30-1xxx model numbers I think?). I'm not an AEM expert, though, so don't let me stop you from buying my cable.
