how much for the MS1 shipped to 11795?? is it PnP & does it come with all necessary harness pieces and cables?

It's not a PNP harness. I wired it directly into the old harness, so it's just wires on the car end. The only things you need are some vacuum line for the MAP. IAT would also be a good idea, especially if you're boosted. A serial cable for programming might help, too. It's set up for EBC, fan control and idle.
