Default Can not Idle 97 MSPNP2

I come in search of some knowledge and guidance.

Prior FMII Kit car to which the MSPNP2 was tuned, it was converted to 8.6CR/CNC Head "all of it" build (no changes to ignition)
I went to first start tonight and could not hold an idle long enough to set timing. In short I couldn't get the car to run without fluttering the throttle. Didn't flutter for too long maybe 40 seconds or so until I came here. From what I could read off the wideband it was too rich.

Only variables I changed were to the required fuel table, engine displacement, and injector size 480 to 1300. I did also go from a stock fuel pump to a 450lph which I think may be the root of the issue. Would downloading the DIY TunerMAP be a better start? The VE and Spark table that came with the car are interesting to say the least.

Your 450 is beating the crap out of your FPR and flooding the engine.
