Default 3 inch exhaust is the best thing ever :)))))

ok so today i had my first day off in a while and i had my 3" catback made by jason at enthuza just sitting in the garage and i decided to put it on and wow this thing makes the turbo feel totally different it fully spools at least 500 rpms faster and pulls alot harder through the mid power band but one thing is i put poly exhaust hangers and you can feel it rattle throughout the car anyone else have this experience

Sounds like either you missed connecting a hanger or the larger exhaust size is causing it to rub up against something. Either that or it isn't made as well as you would like.

He put stiffer hangers on it, that's my guess why it's rattling.

Only fitment issue I had with my 3" Enthuza was the hanger by the axle was too short, had to get a longer one so it wouldn't rub the axle.

I have polyurethane exhaust hangers on mine and I don't have any rattling issues.

Get underneath the car and check for clearance issues and re-adjust the exhaust if you think it's hitting some part of the car.

My, custom, exhaust would rattle if I parked it idling on a hill for a while, it would slip back just enough. Touch the tip with my toe to push it back and no more rattles. It's just tight getting 3" pipe past the rear sub frame brace.

I had rattling on my 3" downpipe right on the tranny tunnel.... some heat and a pry bar can fix that. An exhaust shop can fix it for you right away.

My 3" dual Enthuzia rattles a little with poly bushings but I have not finished with the small adjustments yet.

The reason I chose the GT2560 turbo over the GT2554 is with the 3" exhaust i figured it would over come the 2560 short comings of slower spool-up. Does the reasoning sound logical?
