Hustler I understand you want to plan accordingly, but there's a lot gain from first hand experience. Bolt it up, try to do as much as you can now, if it doesn't work out, fix it. if you overheat on the track, turn the heater on, slow down, and lower the boost.

$200 is the cheapest to get on the track at MSR, $300 for ECR. They don't have "test and tune" days. I can't afford membership either.
