In the spirit of keeping pre-production customers and followers up to speed:
With the intercooler design finalized on our completely stock NC we've received enough aluminum to complete the first 9 kits. We're using 4ply silicone (yes, it's complete overkill) stainless t-bolt clamps and fully polished 6061-T6 Aluminum tubing. The MAF tube will be more robust than the rest of the kit with a step up in diameter and increased wall thickness. We are offering optional powder coating in limited finishes so please if you have feedback on colors you'd like to see, speak up. Wrinkle Black is an in-house favorite thus far.

It's possible, but it's one of the most expensive components to this kit. If you aren't looking for a budget option, feel free to PM.

They aren't. They are not all standing in the same orientation. The one laying down is a prototype built to match the specs of the first vehicle with the kit.

We're behind schedule but trust that it's worth the wait. I appreciate the patience from our customers. A jig revision allowed us to have better access with the tig torch. We're now back full speed ahead on the NC kits.

This is quality that I can ASSURE you won't find in any other solution out there. Believe me, we've seen pictures.

Is there any issue with the coating/finishing of the sealing surface on the MAF flange? I would think for optimum sealing, a machined-bare finish would be ideal.

They aren't coated. You might be familiar with older MAF sensors but these actually seal INSIDE the opening with an O-Ring on the sensor itself. Will follow up with a photo.

Ah Yis, I understand. Very well then.

This set-up is beautiful, as everything from the Fab9 department. Nice work!

Ok guys - We're absolutely thrilled with the fitment. We're mocking up each of the pre-production kits before completion until we're confident our jig leaves ZERO room for error and so far each of them is so accurate we can swap between downpipes/manifolds without issue.

As an unforeseen bonus, the FACTORY heat shield works!

This is the coolest kit ever. With NC prices dropping like a rock, I will definitely buy an NC just for this kit. As long as the first guys to get theirs give good reviews.

Alright one last teaser pic... This is Manifold 0003 and we're starting to associate them with pre-production customers. This is the final design and leaves a mile of room for the charge pipe to exit. We will have photos of the downpipe and mid-pipe adaptation kit shortly. This might be disappointing to those who enjoy "weldporn" but I believe we are able to produce the DP's with very little pie cutting. Not to toot our own horn but; these manifolds are truly a work of art though.

In other areas of news we will be pre-clocking all of the turbos for easier fitment during installation.

Alright guys - these are the injector of choice and the injectors that will be most compatible with our tuners base maps. We're stocked up on them so if you're in need please don't hesitate to order. Choose the 800cc DW Injectors for the NC. Leave a note during check-out and we will include stickers.
