Not sure if this narrows down what the problem coulda been..but..oil in the tb, intake piping, and the hose that attaches to the pipe that goes accrose to the turbo. Is this a seal gone bad or.?

4 PSI and bad tuning (fuel / timing) can destroy a motor faster than 21 PSI and good tuning.

I'd suspect that you've blown your motor.. and yes.. on only 4PSI of boost.

I found one on how to take the motor out, but couldnt find the "two step" one where you pull the head first. or well, i would rather want the one where its the full motor and no tranny. couldnt find tha tone either : /

man it only took a few days for your kit to turn into a project to a disaster. i hope mine doesnt **knock on wood** i do have MSpnp and a IC and WI but still. you should be able to find a motor+tranny for around 600

if you want to pull the head first, yanking the motor out without the transmission should be a breeze, get your motor and Ill come up there and we can get r' done in a day if all goes well. I can even fit my cherry picker in the passenger side if you "really" need.
