dude im telling you a vac leak wouldnt mean less boost unless it was major but an exhausst leak would and since he has a afm he needs the turbo to help him pull it open to start his fuel pump.

doesn't idle/ no boost till 6k... maybe when you were dailing in your boost you had a spike and poped off a pipe coupler? thats what it sounds like to me.

It looks like you have a Blitz bov, although the picture is too small to be certain. Is it a diaphragm valve? Might be that the diaphragm has torn... Or the line to the valve is either cracked or blocked and the valve is blowing open.

Is the wastegate a single or dual port unit?

JUst go back to the standart greddy setup.
The boost is too late.
Adding things till problem rises again.

Sounds like a vacuum leak.
Boost max out on 7psi????? This is not the boostcontroller but a hole/rip/loose connection in the boost hose.
Probably the turbo is pushing max boost. Be carefull of the boostcontroller setting it might be way too high now....
