Default MKTurbo assistance needed - IC Plumbing

Hey y'all. My son and I are in the process of putting the full MKTurbo kit on his 96 M-Edition (AC & PS). While the "patient was open" we went ahead and also did the timing belt, new coolant hoses, and new Mishimoto Rad/Fan shroud. The manifold, turbo, downpipe and exhaust are all installed, but we're kinda scratching our heads around how it all the intercooler piping and to a lesser extent, the wastegate is supposed to be routed. Vaguely -

1) If anyone has any pictures of a similar car (NA8 w/ AC & PS) that show the routing of the IC stuff, specifically the hot end, can you share?
2) For the wastegate, we received both the Kinugaya or whatever brand it is, as well as the cheapo gold one. Most of the pics on here we've been trying to reference have shown the gold one, but if anyone has a picture of the Kinugaya and how the turbo was clocked, it'd be appreciated
3) On the cold side, there was a small 1" or so tube that enters the intake manifold that is currently disconnected. What do we do with that one? I don't have a picture handy but can grab one if needed.

Full disclosure - Lars has been pretty responsive up to this point but haven't heard back from him in a bit now so I figured I'd post up here.

Thx!

https://www.miataturbo.net/build-thr...-101619/page2/ my build thread has a couple pics. I clocked the turbo so the outlet was facing the head too much and the silicone coupler was folded over on itself. Use the kinugawa bracket. The cheapo looking stuff was gonna hit the hood. I swapped to an NB coolant hose from the 2 piece NA unit and clearanced the PS reservoir outlet with a BFH and made a little room there. I actually just cut that top pipe in the last few days and rerouted the IC pipe.

So clocked to about 6:30, and I cut the supplies pipe down to length and used a Jobber Do tool to apply a bead. As you can see I have the pipe running up behind the sway bar, pretty much next to the AC compressor.

The 1" pipe, without seeing a pic I am gonna assume is for the idle control valve on the throttle body. I am running an NB throttle body on my shitheap so don't have that. 3/4" if I remember xorrectly. Other than that on the cold side there is a tapped port which takes a barb, run a hose from that to the wastegate. The BOV, run to plenum, and a port on the 90 from the intercooler tank that takes the iat sensor.

For the pipe order on the hot side. Intercooler the the 90, then the 45 deg silicone to the other 90 that has the end that will sit next to the AC compressor

Thanks, man. Been digesting it all. Just picked up the Napa flex-tube for the lower rad piping (why the hell did Mazda do that 3-piece thing?), and we're looking into relocating the PS reservoir so I picked up a couple feet of hose for that. I also noticed you clocked the PS fitting at the top of the pump so I did that too.

Yeah, that piping on the intake side I was confused about is for the IAC. Not sure if there is a provision for it on the cold end stuff Lars provided.

Update: Ended up having to pull AC and PS. Not sure how in the hell it all was supposed to fit.

New question - how is anyone managing the tubing from the cold-side piping to the IACV? We picked up a section of 3/4" black hose but there's only like 4" and two 90-degree turns from the bung to the IACV and it just folded over.
