Trackspeed NA/NB EFR Turbo Kits - Currently Not Available

Miataroadster.com sell an M10 inconel stud kit (complete with a small bottle of Resbond). One of my TSE M10 studs occasionally still unwinds through the nut and double-nutting it back on is a real PITA. These seem to be a better solution since the stud allows torquing with a hex wrench. Note: My turbo is a Garret and my understanding is that the M10s don't fit well with the EFR kits.

Indeed, I am. Timing just lined up really well with where I was with my S2000, I was about to dump another $10k into it for a cage / K24.
By going this route I have a far, far more competitive TT4 car and can run some ST locally. Chuckwalla is about as far as I normally get into California, hopefully that'll change.

Looking to see if anyone has heard anything from Andrew at TSE in regards to this kit. I have not heard any real information from him since late June (his last email was August 12th saying he would give me an update in a week). Just trying to cancel the kit now, but have been unable to get a reply to any of my emails. Mainly speaking to anyone that has also ordered a kit within the past year and a half or so, or anyone that would have other contact information other than the TSE email. I really gave TSE and the kit a chance, and I understand that there can be many issues on the manufacturing side of things, but at this point, with the lack of communication and false timelines for receiving parts, I am just feeling a bit burned and am just looking for my money back so I can go in another direction.

Back in August I finally got a response about the remaining parts of the kit that are owed to me. Andrew said he would try to get an update to me the following week. Nine weeks later, still waiting for that update...
I thought about going the refund route as well, but figured it was the same rabbit hole.

@Savington
Yo dawg, this looks bigly bad, especially since you've consistently been online and not responding.

FYI paypal has a pretty strict 180day refund policy. After that, you will be out of luck to reverse transaction.
Initiating an external chargeback through your creditor/bank is the best bet, but don't wait forever and read up on their policy for duration.
I recently battled a shop (Nissan/Datsun community) that lead me on for 11 months. PayPal rejected my claim twice without considering the circumstances. Credit card revoked request but I appealed since there was a definite delivery date in our correspondence. I consider myself lucky... But also had already initiated FTC, BBB and local branch of consumer protections (office of Attorney General) to start kicking up dust.
That being said it's been over a year and half since I had a miata, but Trackspeed always had quality products. I'm hopeful that this can be resolved, but you gotta do what you can to protect your assets.

Ok so I got in to contact with Andrew for you guys. He has been swamped/traveling with work which has been preventing him from communicating.
All of this is not intentional. His supply chain for manufacturing has basically cut him off (probably COVID related) and he is not able to get his hands on anything to ship out.
For those of you who would like a refund, he asks that you send him a new email. Id suggest making the subject line eye catching (e.g. *URGENT* ) as to get his attention.
