Hook up TunerStudio, go to "diagnostics and high speed loggers", set "logger type" to "composite", and click "start". (might need to click "capture to log file" as well, I don't remember) Try to start the car, then turn the logging off.
It will display three lines in the graph, which are the logic levels of the crank and cam signals and one indicating sync errors. Post the log file.

Crank sensor signal is all fucky. Make sure its gapped correctly. should be a business card thickness away from the trigger teeth.
Cam signal looks fine.

I dont know how. But Its not right.
You might still get a signal with the flipped wheel.
You know flipping the wheel is super easy. 4 m6 bolts and the alternator belt.
