I payed via paypal.. And id like to just know if they are still operating as a business and if they are as bad as people are saying? or if i pull out and get a refund where can i get that hood or one similar? Bottom line i need a hood and i wanted it to be one of the super sweet vented style ones.

I ordered mine from Chaser way back when they were having a sale. A month after ordering and several past deadlines of them telling me it will ship, I finally emailed them telling them to cancel the order. Two days later they ship it anyways. Had to dremmel around the hood latch to get it to even fit. Carbon fiber cracked above the hood latch on probably the third time closing it, even with trying to be as gentle as possible. Garbage company. Garbage customer support. Garbage product.

OE vents are usually full of compromise, and it gets worse when they are grafted onto a car which has different airflow than the car they were intended for. The Ford GT500 vent in a Miata hood we tested? Our hood louvers doubled the performance over those. The Mini Cooper scoop in a Miata hood, same story.
We have an Evo coming in soon for venting improvements. Even the C7 Corvette - a car with some very good function-focused development behind it - we've improved the main hood vent by 30% on that car.
