Logs/Forms.. what do you record in them?
Title says it all
Im used to aircraft forms, so you can take a look at an f-16, a-10, or whatever and tell exactly whats wrong with it, how may lbs of fuel it has, hours run on airframe, engine, ect.
I know hours on track is probobly something recorded, what else?
just other notes? psi in tires, track temp, ect?

Could be amusing to have 781's for my car, there's a lot of stuff that would be "shouldn't that be a red x... **** it, it'll still work"
Sorry I don't have any actual log book help, just wanted to throw some AF love out there.
Mostly just a log of any/all work and maintenance performed and what mileage it is done at. When I was competing for points in autocross I also used as a diary of sorts to jot down what I learned each race and what to work on.
Nothing, zilch, nada, zero. Nothing works the same from race to race. If it breaks, I fix it. If I ever have a reliable enough car to give a flying **** about tire pressure differences between sessions hell will have frozen over.
