Are these at all usable in the rain? You know, without creating unfortunate looking wet spots on my pants? I normally don't drive the car in the rain, but sometimes it's unavoidable, and with no ac and everything closed up, the interior gets hot and steamy in a hurry.

Can't you just roll your window down?

from experienceexecpt sitting in the paddock which kinda sucks.

I can verify, from playing around with a pressure differential gauge, that open windows do draw air out of the car.

What goes in has to come out. I’m not sure where the goesinto and goesouta locations are on a miata. But I do know the NACA in the vent window makes a very effective goesinto. I think the proximity of the side mirror helps push air into it as well.

FWIW I Drove a car with the rear Lexan window pop riveted to the inside surface of the top and it was confirmed the back window actually gets sucked in.
