Splitter material--what do you use?

So how are guys getting your car on the trailer? Are you removing it everytime and reinstalling at the track? Or have you worked out a ramp configuration that works for you?

It takes some creative ramp work for me to load my car with the GV front lip. A splitter sticking forward several more inches and a tad lower only reduces my approach angle. To date I've been uber cheap with my 2x10 ramps (progressively stepped). But it may be time to pony up for some race ramps. But before I drop that kind of cash on ramps, it'd be nice to make sure I get something that would work with a future front splitter.

15/32" is almost 1/2".

Yes. The sign on the rack at home depot racing will say 1/2" but the side of the stack of sheets will say 15/32 because thats the actual size but its sold as 1/2"
