+1!!! I love the carbing one its just far too much $$ ($475+shipping) and the master cylinder brace is on the wrong side

I'll bu that brace if it clears the FM hood and my turbo crap.

this will not firm up your flimsy failboat.

and god forbid your license plate mount flexes. the structure of the car doesn't need a triangle brace that goes to the rear. Hell, once you have a roll bar, you've done way more than either picture shows.

If you want a good rear brace, mount the shock towers to the rear of the convertible top compartment with a big beefy backup plate to triangulate it.

Tim, I can make this happen for you. requires only a tiny amt of trunk space and a modest investment in goodies.

REV9 Autosport

it's very easy to cut off and weld to the other side. I threw some aluminum wire in my mig and now my master cylinder is firm like men in a strip club.

It will not clear the FM hood, I doubt any strut bar would. I had to remove my NB strut bar.

If you want to in the near future since its taking me a while to do it myself. I could possibly send a diffuser to you if you'd like to remake it

It would have a turnbuckle so you could adjust the length to pre-stress them. You can then take them off and put them in the trunk...
Problem #1. The windshield header is a noodle
Problem #2. Yud crack yo haid awn it
Problem #3. Then you would crack your windshield

+1, that header is seriously weak. TC welded the downtubes on my cage to the A-pillar to stiffen up the car a little. I'd had a couple of small chips in the windshield for about 3 years before that - first session out and my windshield had cracked in two places from the new stress the cage put on it. Replaced it and all is well, but it tweaked enough from just those two new welds to require new glass.

I know most people want a whole replacement bumper. But how about rivet on extensions for the side of the oem bumper to widen it for aero. Seems like it would be an easy and cheap solution.

I'd love to have a triple gauge pod that would mount to the top of the stock instrument hood. Instruments down near the radio are useless when you are driving aggressively. Low glare and low gloss are a plus.

Edit: For the record, I will not be putting my dick in it.

Is the curve the same on the top of the 90-93 as it is on the 94-97? I know where they meet at the dash it is different, but unsure of the top.

That's what I was thinking, but I wanted to make sure I was understanding what he was trying to convey.

What about a bar that runs from where the sun visors mount down to the floor? Would it provide any structural strength? Throw those in along with door bars?

Just a bar going straight up? I don't think that would do anythign if you didn't have a bar going accross the top as well.

My Bender isn't supposed to be here for 15 business days. Hopefully your hood is done before then.........

Dash profiles are different. If that is what you were asking.
