That is the monster Maggie, 3" center-center with twin 2.5s inside. To get that to work with room for an FM hitch, we had to use three $$$ Vibrant 3" CLR bends, then what looks like a 6" CLR for the tailpipe bend. If you use the center/left config and push the muffler rearward, you can easily use normal 4.5 CLRs for everything.

CLR = Center Line Radius

That pic is from the K24 car we built last year for a friend/customer. My personal race car is far less encumbered

Just fine on 102dB days. I haven't had a 90dB-legal race car in several years. I just don't like that track very much, so when I do go, it's for events that are open sound (usually NASA weekends or MRLS).

Laguna is highly one-dimensional as a driver's course (two technical corners at best, T6 and T9) and is incredibly hard on equipment (namely brakes). Sonoma, OTOH, has something like 8 unique technically-challenging corners, usually costs less to run at (entry fees and operating expenses), has nicer amenities, more available dates, and is just as close (90min). I will usually get to Sonoma 3-4 days a year, whereas Laguna is typically just for MRLS, and if not for that event, I doubt I'd go at all.

Honestly I'd just send it. You have it tacked up, run it. No one will see it and I guarantee you won't notice a difference in power. Turn up the boost if you do.

Too late. I started completely over. Now my problem is I ran out of material. I have a bunch of pieces that aren't cut right and a **** ton of straight tubing. So Idk if I can use that orrr? I think I will have to order another 180 and a 90 for the muffler exit.

IM SO CLOSE!!! I should have ordered 1 more 180. Damn it.

SPD is in Rancho Cordova. Which is about 2 hours north of me (San Jose area). I got my bends from here: Columbia River Mandrel Bending.

Today was a day I will never forget.

I arranged to pick up a set of bushings and ball joints from Andrew at TSE (ill get into this more later); as well as watch him assemble one of his customers motors so I would have a more clear idea of what I am doing when I assemble my own.

As Andrew was assembling the motor, we were talking about various things, somehow it turned into a 3ish hour discussion. At the end of that discussion/assembly of the motor, I noticed one of my friends was holding my phone with the camera pointed directly at me, which was odd. So I asked him if he was filming me, he said he was looking for food or something cuz his phone died......suuuure. I walk over to see what he was doing and he was indeed recording me. I was confused, so I didn't say anything at first. My friend asked Andrew where he was shipping the motor out to.

"You have a cool dad. About 2 months ago he came in and wanted to get you a birthday present." It was at that moment that I realized, the motor that was just assembled in front of my face.....was for me. I had no words...I was in complete shock. I still cant believe it.

I have the best dad ever.

Here is a short video of the moment. Props to Andrew for keeping this a secret for so long. I made it really hard.
