Screw that. Run it right off the ring gear. The more aggressive your gearing, the more boost you run. Should work great on the many Miata's running 35" tall drag radials.

Yep, remove starter and run it off the ring gear. Park on hills.

Nah, I meant to the ring gear in the pumpkin.

Although side note, I have always wondered if one could run accessories off a ring gear rather than belts.
