220-250 FTLBS (dynojet) seems to be where they're breaking consistently. This said by the guy with ~280 djRWHP and a 5 speed who's planning to put 350 djRWHP through it.

Depends on how you are controlling the VVT. Too much advance too quickly and BOOM! I recommend one of these:



Should give you plenty of VVT control
