I have an end-all solution for Oscar...
Print this picture
Then, take the picture you have printed, put it in a pan with about 2 qts of water, and boil, on medium heat, for about 20 minutes.
Without letting the water cool off, carefully pour the contents of the pan on the fuxored nut you want to drill out. Avoid excessive splashing around.
You will thank me later.
Also, you could use this, too (same method)
Or, this one:
You may have to extend boiling time by a few minutes depending on your altitude.
You are welcome.

Helps you drill holes, extract broken bolts and remove rounded off nuts when you do not have proper tools for such tasks.
You do not even need a color printer.
According to the Encyclopedia of Folk Remedies, this recipe was originally developed by Jerry F. Riggs, a legendary inventor whose whereabouts is largely speculative to this day.

I had this same problem...here is what I did
1. soak nut in pb blaster
2. Work on something else for a hour
3.use air hammer with a chisel bit on it and beat the **** out of right side of the nut....this spun the but right for fit me
But of that don't do the trick just use a dremel tool and cut the thing off
