Here is a good question that is kind of imperative to whether I will do this.

How long will it take?

I need the shocks back in my hands by the middle/end of April at the latest for the first race of the season. Is this feasible?

GOOD NEWS

The group buy is ON! Bernie will start accepting orders and payment. Go to the first post and read the info required for the revalving. Turn around time is quite quick. Call Bernie for any questions.

There is no close date at this point. Those of you on the fence still have time. Thank You for helping make this happen.

djp0623 sent me a PM requesting that I "clean up" this thread. Frankly, I can't even think where to begin, as he seems to be shitting in his own thread (ie: accusing Shaikh of sabotaging him) as much as anyone else.

I'm too lazy to sort through it all, so I'm just going to lock and delete this whole thing if the bickering continues.

Shaikh, Bernie, nice to see you both here. It's a great blessing to the forum to have folks with both deep technical knowledge and real-world experience on a subject as arcane (to me, anyway) as suspension.

Don't worry guys. The hatchet has been buried. Shaikh and I have conversed. I overreacted and I apologized. I will keep our correspondence personal.

For an NB is it better to go with NA Bilsteins? What's required to mount NB tophats on a NA?

I just got an email from him. I was going to call after lunch and he asked if I could call this afternoon. He said he is swamped. I try later in the afternoon.

Hmm sparking interest, what are you guys running/planning on running spring wise? Thing I liked about FCM is you call them and they give you the complete package to assure it all works together. Sorry if this has been answered I skimmed most of the pages back.

So with shortening, these will run $110 a corner to revalve my 11 yr old Bilsteins... $170 w/springs

For $130 a corner I can buy brand new Illumina's

For $164 i can get a FM stage 1 kit

Or I can go stance for $212 a corner

Sorry just brainstorming here....

for $110 you'll have one hell of a shock

and for $130 a corner you'll have an inferior shock

and for $264 a corner you'll have an inferior shock with satifastory springs

and for $212 a corner you'll have an expensive coilover setup with 8k/6k springs that might not perform as well...
