Crossing fingers. I have that not-so-fuzzy feeling. :(

I should have a 15x9 Jongbloed here on Thursday.

15x9 Jongbloed is confirmed to clear Gen2 11.75s. A little tighter than the S1/Dial In, but still plenty of clearance.

It's also worth noting that the Jongbloed, the Storm S1, and the Dial In appear to be made in the exact same factory, based on the product UPC codes and the QC markings. The 6UL appears to be made in a different factory (better packaging, different UPC/QC stickers).

How much clearance on the dial-in. Enough that a 15x8 might fit?

The first of the Gen2 BBKs are leaving today. If you're waiting for Directional rotors or 6-piston calipers, expect to see your kit by the end of the month. If you're waiting for a standard straight-vane kit with Dynalites, your kit should depart here next Wednesday. Straight vane upgrade kits (kits without calipers) are in stock.

Just placed an order, super excited!

I opted for the Dynapro upgrade, and was looking into buying a set of pads too, but can you confirm if the kit will ship with the Narrow DP4 (pad 7816) or the normal one (pad 7812)? I want to be sure before I pick up some pads.

Thanks!

It's the standard 5.25" mount caliper, which is a 7812 0.490" (~12mm) pad, not the thicker 0.600 (15mm) pad.

So when can i get my hub, spindle, ducts back with the BBK? Uh - i hope i helped some here, unless I'm special K
I'll add, as not to appear to be dissing Andrew, I'm special K - can't let the cat out of the bag, but one FAT cat is peaking out of it. Why else would he require my stuff?

Received this kit over the weekend! I'll hopefully be installing tomorrow. Do you have torque specs for all the bolts? I'm so excited to safety wire these!

All mounting bolts should be the same at ~40 ft-lbs, but I'm seeing numbers all over the place for similar rotor hats. I've seen values from 85 in-lbs to 195 in-lbs.

The rotor bolts are SAE grade 8. I torque to 20ft.lbs. Seems like a lot, but it's a high-quality fastener.

Kits have been trickling out the door over the last week or so. Some of the Dynalite straightvane and directional kits have gone out, but not all. Everything should be shipped out by tomorrow afternoon.

My brakes arrived on Friday (thanks Andrew) and they sure look purty.

One of the washers is missing (Customs might have gone through the box, as all the hardware was spilled everywhere). Anything special about them, or will any off-the-shelf replacement suffice?

Any 3/8" washer will do. The supplied hardware is Grade 8.

Is this the "uber kit" or is that something else entirely?

Bryan's MBK (Mega Brake Kit) is something else entirely.

Okay, thanks. Last question: Would it be better to install these just before a track day (for a robust bedding-in) or immediately (for a gentle bedding-in while street driving)?

Track pads are best broken in on the track. It's really hard to get enough heat into the brakes legally on the street to properly bed a high-temp track pad.

I had an Exocet customer drop by yesterday with 15x8 +0 Traklite Holeshots. 8-10mm of spacer is required.
