Default WTB Turbo that will match up well with 1.6L

I currently have a turbo on the car but I want something smaller that will allow me to be in full boost at or before 4K rpm. Let me know what you have. Needs to be a T3

that T3 .42 AR looks fairly small, should spool quicker than what you have now, only issue i see is you will need to have a new custom vband downpipe made by a welder, and get new silicone reducers for the in/out air from the turbo into intercooler pipes.
This is the cheapest route to go.

or go with a T25, but then you need a new manifold, downpipe, and turbo, and youre looking at about $1000 to go the T25 route.
