if you pull the switch and probe the harness, you want to find the wire that is +12 when the car is on and not +12 when teh car is off. be sure it's not one of the window outputs, but I think those will always be unpowered unless you move the switch up or down.

I have been googling and cant find ****. Miata.net garage doesnt have anything either.
Thats what I would do if I was the first to do it, but if someone has already walked down this road why would I waste my time?

IMO, a dumb *** idea in most cars, but probably not too much of an extra security risk in the miata so do if if you feel like it. My dad had a classic benz that had what appeared to be 5 power window switches on the driver's door. The 5th switch was actually a toggle that allowed any of the 4 window switches to function with the ignition off if the toggle was depressed with the window switch. Pretty neat.

Run a full time +12v lead to the current switched +12v lead.

Like I said and the link states, the relays provide more juice to the motors, making the windows work better x100. My last miata it took about 15 miutes for the window to raise back up on a well greased track.

I need to look at the madracki diagrams and see how the windows are wired into the car from the factory. My windows are fine, they go up and down pretty quickly. I'm mostly curious where their power originates so I can switch that to a constant 12 volt.

if it's anything like the NA, it's directly powered form the ignition switch.

looks the same.
