cam sensor came with the head so i suppose it's stock nb sensor. crank sensor from DIYautotune.
trigger wheel was from a 323. which look the same as the NB one.

it appears to be syncing in that log you sent, cant you post a screenshot of the composite log? i cant view it in software here. you probably just need to fine tune your crossoverpoint pots.

Per your log, you have your crank sensor wired to your cam input and your cam sensor wired to your crank input.

new starter installed. wire swapped. Started to combust but still no start.
I can start the engine in 4g63 mode, so i suppose the fuel figure should work in miata 99-05 mode. <-- is this correct?
i hooked up the timing light but it didnt work at cranking speed. how can I get the base timing right?
What else can I go wrong?

For the "Ignition Input Capture" should I use Rising edge or Falling edge?

I can't view your trigger logs on my desktop at home, but you're still not syncing.

Its still not working. I have no idea what to do. Is it the problem of the hardware adjustment or its the software tune problem?

I custom made the sensor mount. Do I need a calibration ?

Your cam and crank inputs are still wired backwards. It's not going to start until you fix that.
