I did some more research and on amazon stage 8 uses the same package image for all the products. Should be here Friday.

Going to pair them with some 550s from Oregonmon

Also can someone tell me how to connect my drain line to the turbo? Stock the turbo has a gasket and 2 bolts and I'm hoping someone makes an an adapter for this? I did some googling but didn't really know where to start. Here are some pictures:

FWIW i've had a cast aluminum one from Kinugawa break on a TD04 turbo before. You should get a Billet one.

Ok thanks, thats what I've got picked out. Also found a banjo bolt to an adaptor. But its AN4 and my feedline is AN3. So I have to figure that one out too.

Can you not use a banjo bolt? I think that is the suggested method for oil feed.

Haha, when I reread my post it just looked like shit grammar anyways. What are peoples thoughts on switching to a 4AN feed line. I'm not really finding a 3an banjo bolt anywhere.

Erat 12-06-2014 05:16 PM

Unless you add a restrictor -4 is going to give you to much oil.

aidandj 12-06-2014 05:18 PM

Is the stock banjo bolt enough of a restrictor?

aidandj 12-06-2014 05:38 PM

SUCCESS!!!!

Does this look like it should work?

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/rus-r4057c

TD04 uses a 12x1.25 banjo bolt connection. So I can just reuse the old banjo bolt and have the correct restrictor.

Erat 12-06-2014 05:50 PM

I would say so.

But that's the fun of it, buying parts and then knowing if and how they will work.

Well I'm still waiting on my block to 3an adaptor I purchased from begi...over a month ago.

aidandj 12-06-2014 05:53 PM

Any reason why I should get black anodized over chrome?

curly 12-06-2014 06:08 PM

Oil filter service co. In Portland. Only place that had my greddy banjo bolt when I snapped it. Might have a 3-an banjo.

Thanks, they are on my list to call about some other fittings too. They made me some brake line really cheap for my truck and motorcycle. So I plan on going there to ask about fittings too.

aidandj 12-09-2014 01:35 PM

Called OFSCo yesterday. They have the banjo fitting I need and all the lines. The quoted me around 60 bucks for all oil lines and with shipping, and the fact that I can only find -8AN hose in 3 foot lengths means I will probably be having them just assemble my lines too.

Also went to a turbo shop in Corvallis today to get my turbo balanced and holy shit this place was awesome.

hahaha mountains of turbos, everywhere!

I wonder why they just have them collecting like that? Most of them look like they're biodegrading already, why not recycle them or otherwise get them out of there?
