I'd invest in the 949 one just to be safe myself. Then try a SPEC clutch. Something with a grabby organic.
Although I think the FMII clutch is ceramic, and I've driven one in Ed's MSM and I think Stoly's new NB has one. Takes a little getting used to, but the crisper shifts once you get moving are very worth it.

As for the sway, I've got the big boy RB sitting in my garage as its listed in my FS thread. AND I've still got the M-Tuned dual feel fuel rail plumbing kit you said you wanted sitting on my desk at the office
