Finished the transmission tunell and installed the front and rear suspension. All powdercoated and all bolts has been refinished.
Also installed the clutch delete plate. Just missing the center with the splines now.
The engine has to be lifted a bit so i made some New mounts in a jig together with shifti.
Next up is actually installing the transmission in the car and making the rear trans mount an modifying the exhaust around the gearbox

I found that the car lacks power compared to the boostlevel i am running ( yeah, it feels slow at 30psi boost after a few pulls).
My intake temps were close to 60c and im loosing power.
My old china ebay intercooler is obviously not up to the task anymore so im changing it for a 3.5" thick 11" tall Vibrant core and making new custom end tanks. Also redoing my intercooler piping and going to wiggins style clamps.
Hopefully i will get back a little extra power up top.
Also, the drivetrain will get a taller rear end ratio this winter. changing from a 3.6 to a 4.1 to get it to accelerate a bit quicker. it feels a bit slow in the higher gears and my 7th gear is good for 342kph.. it will drop down to 304kph with the 4.1 perfect

I live in norway.. we have salted roads, and winter from october to the end of march.. no more videos until that
some parts could be made into a kit, but it WOULD require a lot more diy work than most transmission swaps as there is no way of fitting it all without cutting the trans tunnel to make room for a exhaust.
Parts would be engine mounts(raises the engine 17mm), maybe trans mount, but most important the adapter between a miata flywheel and the DCT input shaft. I could also reproduce drive the driveshaft and adapter (bolts to a miata rear diff and a DCT transmission. Diff mount would have to be made, and welding the floor ect would be needed.
pricing would depend on whats needed. a minimum is really the engine mounts and drive plate. Trans mounts to the engine using a modified K miata part(diy job)

I have done some more work on the intercooler upgrade
Made end tanks for the core, and installed everything in the car.
I made provisions for installing a temp sensor and pressure sensor right after the turbo in the intercooler piping, and a pressure sensor in the intercooler piping before the throttlebody. I want to know how effective this setup actually is
I still have to finish ducting from the front bumper, to the intercooler core, and from the intercooler to the radiator.
It should be a massive upgrade from the old china ebay intercooler that was unable to cool the charge air at 30PSI boost.

I also see that i had forgot to post pictures of the finished product. Not shown in these pictures is that the lip that goes towards the radiator has a rubber seal all the way around sealing it completly to the radiator.
