whoa... too weird.
are you this guy?!
after drooling over your dyno graph in another thread, I come look at this build thread and that is the car that has pretty much completely inspired ( /made me want to copy) what I want to do for body and wheels. please tell me the color code of that paint!! haha

this car has not gotten much love lately.. seems that a 400whp miata is realiable. so i ended up just driving and driving it all summer. no problems at all.
Redid the brake system a bit, so i could get rear bias adjustment. BIG improvement, car all of a sudden is able to stop really fast from 200kmh speeds on track. also swapped the 450lb/300lb spring combo, for 650/400, and put a stock anti roll bar in the back instead of the 16mm one. some fine tuning on the chassis, and the car is is now sweet handling.
APR gt200 wing went on the car for trackday use.
I am currently making a front splitter/undertray, brake cooling ducts, radiator ducting etc. Made from 6mm plywood, 2 layers of fiberglass canvas on both sides. Really really ghetto way of getting it smooth and flat when molding on the fibreglass tho ,but it works, and the sucker is solid Will be making some decent mounts for it next.
Our local track is getting rebuild and we end up with a track that has two straights that will let the mx5 see speeds of 230-250kmh. figuered i might need brake cooling
also upgraded my daily driver, so that one gets a bit of love too now.
2007 bmw 325d coupe M sport(3l diesel, tuned to 288hp crank, 660nm)
This one is getting KW v3 coilovers, BBS lm rep's, better brakes, stickyer tires etc. and is heading for the nurburgring in springtime.
not a very good thread update. but hey, its an update.
