There's a few, yes.

I need/want another Cherokee, and i want an MR-S.

I need/want these things more than i need/want a 2nd turbo Miata. Especially a red one.

Miata 6spd. RX7 diff. Miata subframes and double wishbone stuff. KLZE.

The scary thing is... i have parts laying around to upgrade the brakes, put a sick suspension on it, and make a 300whp n/a KL screamer.

That would be the most sick and twisted car ever.

I have to old FM Intercooler and the intercooler pipes, the throttle body pipes, and whatever silicon was on them.

I don't think it'd be worth selling them since they are a little rusty so yeah let me know.

Don't think I have the turbo inlet elbow/air filter anymore though. Think I reused the elbow.

*edit* If you get that probe you will disappoint me Concealer. Or at least if you do, you have to paint a giant ***** on on the side and call the car "the humiliator".

Finally got off my *** and purchased TS.

Prepare for many noob tuning questions. I don't have much hands-on tuning experience, most of my knowledge (what little i have) is from tons of reading.

Spent 45 minutes yesterday driving around with the laptop jacked in to see if i could capture the misfire i'm trying to track down. I think i came up with a fix: Drive around with laptop always jacked in, and the car won't misfire.

Other than that, having a hard time dialing in a good idle AFR. When we first got the car, it was idling in the high 12s, low 13s. TheNuge24 leaned it out a few points and the AFRs went lean, but now idle isn't so stable.

I added in 3 points more fuel down there yesterday, and idle is now ROCK solid, but also back in the low 13s again. Le sigh. I'll take out 1 point again after work and see where we're at.

Car needs some work in the tip-in/part throttle enrichment area as well. Will ask noob questions about this when i get into it.

Misfire is driving me ******* insane.

Tore down the COP harness for inspection, everything checked out fine. When this happens, both cylinders 1 and 4 are going dead. Another clue: When big-ish bumps are hit, the tach is dropping momentarily up to 500rpms.

Anyone know if this is an off-the-shelf deal or a custom job? There's another PNP COP kit for sale right now, says for NA8, but it has two plugs where i just have the one grey plug.

Harness sans clothes:

Wiff clothes.

Looks like a pretty common Toyota COP harness. There's really no way to tell if it's PNP or off the shelf, unless Savington comes in here and says "that's my harness".

Cause I'm pretty sure he's one of the few that does off the shelf PNP harnesses.

If it was made with pigtails cut from a Toyota harness, I'd trust them. If it was made by grinding down the terminals and shoving them in the connectors, I wouldn't trust it.

At idle, I'd grab every one of the 4 wires (with clothes off), and pull/jiggle them. Find the one that cuts the idle in half.

It looks like a decently well made harness.

Do it and post pics of your naked *** leaning out over the engine bay. Make sure not to catch your sack in the accessory belt.

I did this. Idle remained steady with no misfire. (Caught a couple pubes in the radiator fan.)

Unfortunately, i think the problem is upstream. Yay!!!

Giving some thought to killing this car this winter, salvaging the good parts, and throwing the rest away. Insert all good parts into blue 93, but this time with MS3X (or MS3Pro) and a custom harness. Get rid of this CAS bullshit and some other fun in the meantime.

With the electrical "work" that was done to this car by previous owners, i don't feel that a PNP is a great idea.

Unfortunately, going ahead with this plan would mean punting on the F2T swap into the blue car for at least a couple more years. Must weigh options.

It looks like a slightly fuzzy picture of a harness. I like Josh's idea.

If he already tested it, I'm not sure there's any point on getting naked again.

I cringed at the sack-in-accessory-belt mental image.

I had a cold solder joint in my MS, if it's not a PNP unit, you could try tapping the MS itself, see if it drops a ignition output.

Don't the CAS units also do weird **** when they go bad?

It's a DIYPNP. I'll tap the case and see what happens today or tomorrow.

If ignition output is being dropped, would that also mess with tach? The only weird thing is that during the times that it's consistently running on 2 cylinders (It'll do this for a short time sometimes), the tach seems to be working properly. Only on initial big bump does it do anything strange.
