There is not enough of them. But just ceep on building and try to get others to do the same. Several of my friends use the SM4 and they are very impressed with it. And one of them have a NA so I can copy his map and use that to get to the tuner to get it 100% It is a bit expencive, but it has a lot of features and will certainly do the job. Love the ability to run it in safe mode if some of the reading are wrong. Cut the boost, limit the rpm and so on.
The wheels are Konig Black Feather 16x7 with Kumho Ecsta v710, 215X45X16 if I remember the tire size right.

Only 99 dollars a rim. Nice to have some wheels that your not afraid of damaging.

A Zeitronix Zt-2, lambda and sensors for boost, oilpressure and oiltemp.

I do actually have a full set of AutoMeter gauges, but the Zeitronix is more "cop friendly" It is better with the more discreet display of the Zeitronix than have the car filled up with gauges. Will just ceep the gauges to my next project car.

The sub box is beginning to take shape. Need to use some bondo to get the shape right and get it smooth for the vinyl. Will try vinyl this time in stead og cloth like I did last time.




Started on the exhaust manifold as well. Now you can get a better picture how the turbo is getting mounted. The runners are welded on the inside of the flange (think this is the english word for it) and just tapped on the outside. This will provide better hold. And as you probably can see the runners will no have the exact same length, but the method is triet out in a friends car. So, we donīt care, it works.




The Zeitronix display is allso mounted. The blinding plate was a bitch to get smooth with all the structure that was on the back side. Did allso brake the frame arround the sentre console:( Will be replaced when I feel for it hehe. Just used some glue/silicone on the backside to fasten it. If that dont work I have to make a bracket of some kind to really get it to stick.

Where did you get the really thick (1/2", 5/8"?) flange? and where is the wastegate going to be located? I just finished my new manifold that is almost the exact same design.
The flange is water cut by the guy helping me with the welding. Pips and bends are 38mm inside and has 2mm walls. Got it at work. Work at a firm called Heidenreich. It is a wholesale for plumbers. The wastegate will be mounter where the two upper tubes meet. Just over the v-band clamp.

Your manifold looks absolutely bomb proof, I'm sure it will last just fine with the 321. I think the design with the v-bands will be near perfect for making big power.
I'm sorry, I meant to ask what the thickness of the 321 piping is. Is it sch.10, sch.40, etc.??
Well then, haha, I guess I need to read more. It's what I've read around, I have no idea what the merit of it is.

I know some people that have tried lighter grade steel (304 and 316) but the em have cracked. Will trim the engine compartement to get some more room for the wg piping. Like FM did on the blue NB with the v8 engine. The bulges at the "torpedovegg" the wall that splits the cabin from the engine compartement. 38mm inside and 42mm outside
