It's a twin scroll manifold so I will be running 2 egts one for each bank. Solid question though. Not a lot of twin scroll efr turbos on here. I think psyber and I will be the only ones

If i can find a local willing to let me measure I could come up with a drawing for an NB. Or if you want to get me dimensions of the hole pattern on the bumper support and distance the bumper is from the same surface I could do it.

More teaser pictures

Then this is going to replace the front bumper cross bar because we all know that is the key to good cooling on these cars. Currently scaxx and I are making 3 of these but will have enough materials to produce 7 more because we had to meet ordering minimums on the water jet pieces.

Bumper support bar tacked and test fit. Sits just 1" off of the bumper skin.

No concerns about flex when towing?

Shouldn't be an issue. This bar is a lot stronger that the original piece. And the OEM tow hook points were left un touched

Pretty much accepted that the #allofit motpr wont be done by summer so doing all the other prep work I can this winter then finish the motor over summer and next winter.

Got an airdam put on tonight and tomorrow I will change up my sub strap mounting to get the seats lower and get the mounts for the flat floor and barge boards installed.

Got my twin scroll manifold last week after a long wait. What are your guys thoughts on the ports? Should I lay a gasket up then port it with a sanding drum so they are all smooth? I am also thinking i will surface both flanges just so i know they are perfectly flat.

This is the flange my Artech ramhorn used:

Not sure what hits in performance (if any) with it transitioning from an oval to round in half an inch, but it'd be a lot more consistent on the inside of the flange.

Have had very minimal free time lately but was able to get the wiring pruned and cleaned up on the driver side. Still have to do some clean up back near the relay panel near the firewall but its coming along. Progress should start moving again this summer.

The uncleaned but clear surfaces in your engine bay are bugging the **** out of me hahahaha

Looking good though, I love simplifying stuff and clearing un-needed **** out.

Before it leaves the garage this winter it will get a thorough clean inside and out. Then when the new motor goes in the engine bay will get an even better cleaning and probably new paint.

Two questions today

1. What are you guys typically paying for a machine shop to clean, deck head? and clean, deck, install and adjust oversize valves?

2. Can anyone recommend a good shop in Washington preferably within an hour or two of Seattle?

My machine shop charged about $550 labor to clean and install provided parts including +1 O/S valves, seats and new guides.
