Yes, but can you fit big brakes under these? 11", 11.75", so on. A lot of these wheels have tiny barrels and no matter the offset can't physically fit a big rotor + caliper.

I dont know if they will fit. My assumption is that they would. And I do know FM has a kit to make BBK's fit.

The car is back on the road. We fixed my deceleration problem. It would keep shutting off coming to a stop and or when I'm stopped and turn the ac on.

We changed a few things like dead time in the injectors, voltage, and made my own cruise control port become a vehicle speed sensor for the idle control valve. So when the cars speed hits 20 mph in a decel, the icv kicks in and says oh wait I need to turn on so I don't stall the car. And so there you have it.

I'm going to also continue to auto tune both my afr a couple times a week.

Today I replaced the passenger side lower ball joint since the drivers side was replaced 3 years ago.

Also replaced both tie rods with bigger travel raybestos. The drivers side was torn.

So this is what's up, I have low compression numbers and possible exhaust valves tweaked. I'm feeling mixed emotions right now and just need help.

I don't know where to start on a high HP turbo application turbo rebuild on the bp4w. I don't know what parts are over priced, quality, or to stay away from.

I also am mixed on parting the car out. Now I don't want anyone to make dibs but I am just depressed. I can't get the motor rebuild started until September which gives me time to buy parts and stock up for the build. I need someone in Florida to give me a quality job like bsi did to jeannes 10ae.

You can't go wrong purchasing from one of our vendors. If I were you, I'd suggest contacting Fab9 tuning. Bryan has really turned up the wick on customer service, his prices are awesome, and he knows how to build a turbo miata. He'll get you absolutely everything you need for your engine build, all in one package.

You can get similar setups from other vendors, but in my research Fab9 pretty much kills it pricewise.

My 2 cents.

Also: I don't know why you seem surprised that the motor is toast. We saw the dyno results and all of us said "better start gathering parts for an engine build because it's not going to live long at those power levels."

No reason to be depressed -- you knew it was coming. Not trying to be a dbag, it's gotta suck.

I posted in this very thread that you're on borrowed time, did you think that somehow you'll get lucky and be an exception?

See post 38.

On a positive note, the BP is one of the easiest engines to build, and compared to other cars its relatively cheap too.

I say build this thing and really turn it up

Guys I knew it was going to happen. It's like a parent or grandparent going to die and not knowing when and being upset when it does happen. I am still upset and depressed about it. I already knew it was going to happen. I'm not surprised.

The car isn't toast. It just low compression numbers

As for the build I think I want to push 350hp close to 375hp. Build will probably begin I September after buying parts for a month.

Fyi numbers were 135-140

I am going to need to start ordering parts for the entire month of August for rebuild in September.

What are your suggestions on pistons, rods, valve springs etc? I am wanting to upgrade the oil pump, water pump etc as well.

Is there any funny behavior? What compression gauge are you using? If it's 135-140 across the board, those are acceptable numbers from a shitty HF gauge.

We are having a problems with the tunning. Here's the list

Afr is pig rich in idle. Won't come out of 10s unless we lean it out then it stalls.

Great vacuum when cold. Mediocre vacuum when warm to temp.

Fuel pressure constant 58kpa on gauge.

A lot of unburned fuel is coming out of the exhaust.
