Order came in today and I'm super excited. The bushings may be as important if not more important then coil overs.

Mazda competition bushings front and back. J-Auto pillow ***** with oem seals, inner and outer tie rods, tie rod boots, oem ball joint boots, super pro trailing arm bushings,

I got the car back from the shop. Took some time but everything got done that I asked for. I also had to pick up 2x new differential axle shaft seals because of a small leak on one side.

So, I had drained and replaced the differential fluid again in my ownership and freshen the car up with an oil change before I we head up to Deals Gap Rotary Rally on Wednesday.

The mazda competition differential bushings got installed as well in addition.

Drove the car home for 15 minutes and right away the tailing arm clunking is gone, the car feels stiffer, and I am experiencing a little bit more vibrations.

So I attended the DGRR and I had a Blast. I didn't go into a ditch this year because of My awesome skills I acquired in two years.... yeah right.

I was more conservative and knew how to handle the Dragon this year. It isn't a road to be trifled. I respect it. I, multiple times pulled over to a pull off to let faster drivers drive ahead of myself.

Was I feeling incompetent letting them on by? Of course not. My car isn't equipped and I'm simply not ready to challenge the road with my Rx7 and Fiance in the car.

Do you like the order of priority I just listed lol? She knows I love her though.

I ordered some of kill boy's and 129 photos of my car so that I may edit them.

Ohlins have been shipped from sweeden.

Mazda ordered 8 turbo solenoids and all the vacuum hoses for the next job. The solenoids are 70 each and with the peace of mind that they are new comforts me a bit from reading nightmares that people were buying used ones online to fix turbo issues they had and they were malfunctioning. Better to buy new oem from the dealer.-

I also picked up an entire fuel pump assembly kit that Mazda puts together for you with new seals, hardware, and pump.

Last but not least I ordered the PRE/WG duty solenoid at 180.-

Now, I could simplify things with the rats nest but I'd like to keep some things original. I'm not looking for serious hp or even going single turbo. If I upgrade the turbos, I might consider the 99 turbos. I'm still happy with the cars power for now.

Rears... I'll snap the fronts tomorrow. The ohlins are installed thanks to the supervision and help of digicar/marc. It was smooth and eventful. Learned a lot from him.

Btw... the car feels night and day. I just want to drive all night right now.

Has anyone used Evans Waterless Coolant first hand? Florida has already had 20+ 90 degree weather and if you thought your turbo miata gets hot??? The rotary is worse. I ha e everything I need to do to keep the car cool like making sure all liners are tight and installed, koyo radiator, 185* thermostat, FC Fan Switch rather then a FD, brand new FD fan motors and blades, and lastly a aftermarket non constricted downpipe to get rid of exhaust gases out of the engine bay.

I don't want a vented hood because I love the smooth oem hood so that's out of the question. So this was another way to keep engine Temps down is the Evans Waterless Coolant.

I've used it in Trials motorcycles. My dad and I used to trail ride Trial bikes (read that carefully) and in those circumstances they'd get really hot. My dad's bike was a 4-stroke that had been breathed on and he always had overheating issues with it.

He drained the coolant, dumped rubbing alcohol into the coolant passages to get all the water out, used some compressed air and then waited about 24 hours with it open so it would finish drying inside. Added Evans coolant... overheating issue solved.

I believe he tried it in his street rod (T-bucket with blown SBC) but I don't recall for sure. If he did, it didn't work there. But i'm not sure he did try it.

I purchased 245/45/16 Bridgestone potentza Re-11 and they were amazing.
Stock wheels are 225/50/16 on 16x8 to give an example

here is a bad video of me still holding the shift ****. I need to get a seat so bad so that I can sit straight up and down comfortably and confidently. My Poor body posture for having to lean right shows in the video. But hey, I still got a good time.

Installed a new oil pressure sending unit with the pineapple racing idler in addition to the new oem Mazda idler pulley.

Here is a new video of the DeLand airstrip autocross. It was super dirty and dusty. I spun out the first two runs trying to test the road out. The last two runs I hit a cone each time. I focused to keep both hands on the steering wheel and keeping my foot of the clutch. I did well with my driving form.

I've also replaced both charge relief valves aka bov with oem because I want the car to be simple, clean, and OEM for the most part.

I've changed out the oil sensor unit with OEM

I've restored the door panels with new plastic handles and trim.

Replaced the power steering bushings and clamps with mazda competition.

wrapped the wheels with Bridgestone Potenzas RE-11A 245/45/16

Thanks Efini, I think about the finishing product of the paint job and effort that goes into it and I spend more thought then I should.

Just as I was about to get the car, I seemed to have forgottento order some hard plastic seals that are on the outside of the car. I'm upset with myself.

I was missing the hard plastic seal that wipes the window on the outside of the door the length of the window, the top half of the window hard plastic seal outside, and a polished black triangle plastic that goes in the front corner outside of the window near the side mirror. All costing around 572.00. Astonished by the price Mazda gave me but I am already deep into the restoration and paint job that I can't go back. It wouldn't be right.
